Compound incoming inspection
All the receiving compound will be tested in the lab, through four strict process of inspection: Hardness checking, elongation testing, tearing testing and curing testing. We inspect from the beginning to make sure that only qualified material would be received, and unqualified material would be rejected and quarantined. Only qualified compound would be used in production for customers.

Compound storage
All qualified compound will be stored in humidity and temperature controlled room for temporary production, and strictly following FIFO warehouse management.

Compound cutting
Qualified compound will be cut in special cutting machines according to our instructions, all the dimension and weight will be strictly controlled. Qualified compound will be used in molding process.

Molding
According to instructions, curing time, pressure and other technical parameters will be set on the machine and also be recorded. Workers will also inspect parts on the appearance and functional test by instructions, all unqualified parts will be quarantined, only qualified parts will pass to next process.

Trimming and inspection
Trim rubber parts on flash and part line area by quality instructions to meet customers requirement. Then all the rubber parts need to be conducted visual inspection. For special requires, there will be fixture or equipment to have quality inspection.

Quality control
Establish a perfect product inspection system, configure advanced testing equipment, require staff to operate in strict accordance with the production testing process, to ensure the quality of every ex-factory product, before storage, quality QC will carry out final inspection of products, to ensure that all products fully meet the customer's quality specifications.Strict quality control is applied in every process.
